Dispatch Time

I aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and no later than 3 working days. In the unlikely event where this is not possible I will be in touch immediately to let you know. For all orders, an email will be sent to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Free UK Delivery

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service and a signature will be required on receipt. Once dispatched, you should receive your order within 2 working days.

International Shipping

Free shipping on all international orders.

All orders to be delivered outside the UK are sent by air and a signature will also be required on receipt. Once dispatched, you should receive your order within 5 working days for EU countries and within 14 working days for the rest of the world.

Please be aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges.

Europe

Orders to the following countries listed below will be sent PDDP (Postal Deliveries Duty Paid). Duties and import tax will added to the value of the item and applied at checkout. This will allow your items to pass through customs with no further costs on delivery.  * Expected to go live from 1st July 2026.

Free Shipping - All orders are sent by air using Royal Mail's Tracked service.

From 29th August 2025 The duty-free threshold (‘de minimis’) of $800 will be removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection. (CBPcustoms duties will be calculated using the value of the item/s and the prevailing country based (IEEPA) tariff for the item/s, depending on their country of origin in this case (United Kingdom).   Duties of 10% will be added to value of the item and applied at checkout. Orders will be sent PDDP (Postal Deliveries Duty Paid).  Royal mail will make payment of actual duties to US CBP which will enable your items to pass through US customs with no further costs on delivery.
